Joe has been in the construction trades most of his life. At an early age, Joe discovered that decorative concrete was his passion. Decorative concrete allowed him to create unique designs and installations that were not possible using any other material. He has remained on the leading edge of the newest trends in concrete through training and keeping a constant eye on new innovations in the field. Staying at the forefront of the industry allows Joe to help clients create and achieve designs they only could have dreamed of in the past.

Betsy has managed the office and books for the company since its inception in 1989. More recently, with the opening of the
design center, she has been scheduling appointments with home builders, architects, designers and private clients to share and show the limitless design options that concrete has to offer.
