Betsy has been in the construction trade since meeting Joe in 1987. Her role was primarily of manager for the company for the first few years. Upon exposure to decorative concrete, she too found her passion. She has studied with industry leaders in decorative concrete and is knowledgeable in the cutting edge applications of many aspects of the trade. More recently, with the opening of the
Design Center, she has been meeting with home builders, architects and designers as well as private clients to share and show the limitless design options that concrete has to offer. She also enjoys the hands on experience of creating the unique products that decorative concrete has to offer.

Joe has been in the construction trades most of his life. At an early age, Joe discovered that decorative concrete was his passion. Decorative concrete allowed him to create unique designs and installations that were not possible using any other material. He has remained on the leading edge of the newest trends in concrete through training and keeping a constant eye on new innovations in the field. Staying at the forefront of the industry allows Joe to help clients create and achieve designs they only could have dreamed of in the past.
